You would THINK after the first mistake they’d look twice before sending it again.
With some phones it doesn’t autocorrect until after you hit the send button.
Specifically, if the last word is not in the dictionary, it will “correct” it when you hit send without giving you a chance to change it back. I’m sure there’s some way to avoid this, but based on this site, it obviously catches alot of people by surprise.

If you punctuate the end of the text you’ll see the change before it sends. And you can get a period easy if you just hit space twice.

Well dear Bob Smith, some people are smart enough to turn off their Autocorrect’s. Some people, however; love the attention.
I have an iPhone. I check and double check everything, some errors slip through the cracks. Nonetheless, they are almost always amusing, the entire point of this site is hilarity, which you do not get.
And some people find autocorrect to be useful. I have been using it for quite a while but I have only had one or two autocorrect accidents.

I agree with Matt. Check your message before sending it. I often wonder how many people actually make the typographical errors intentionally for the sole purpose of having them submitted to this site.

Um, yeah. I’m not buying most of these anymore. First of all, how stupid do we have to be to believe that 95 percent of autocorrects will correct to something vulgar. And secondly, autocorrect is designed to make its corrections based on a more potentially correct word composed of “neighboring keys.” Not something beginning with the same letter and rhyming a little bit.
