I was trying to ask if I could get a knob for the lid of my crockpot. Hilarity ensured.

A perfect example of why you should figure out how to turn off auto correct on your cell phone and turn it OFF. I keep my auto correct tuned off.

That means any mistake is just yours, right? Good to know. Keep it ”tuned” off, it's really working.

If my phone had AutoCorrect, I would send the messed up messages to people to be funny. Probably not to everyone, but definitely to some of my closest friends.

I've wondered why they don't for years. Something like 8 to 10 years in grade school learning english, and then you look at texts like this and wonder "Are they just too retarded that they don't know where the backspace is? Or do they just like sounding dumb?" But indeed, if not for them, we wouldn't have some funny sites to keep people busy. hehe.

Because they are trying to strike a balance between their texting and their driving.

My guess is that most of these are made up. If not, I'm beginning to lose faith in humanity and especially literacy.

Well sometimes I don't see things autocorrect because I am typing so fast and I am distracted (usually by kids), and I am in a hurry to finish it and go back to what I was doing. Or sometimes I type so fast I am long gone before it shows the autocorrect and catches up to me, and it's just too hard to get the cursor to go to that one spot sometimes, to fix it. That's just my reasons for not fixing autocorrect occasionally though, but I think I would catch a lot of these lol they are way off.

Scott, I've seen this many times. Whenever I correct someone's grammar or whatnot on the internet, they would often respond that this isn't grammar school and that it's okay as long as we understood the message. I say no it's not, it just makes one look like an illiterate moron.
