No. Just no. They’re not making a joke about anyone having cancer, it’s just a fairly funny autocorrect during a conversation about cancer. In fact, a GOOD conversation about cancer surgery which has gone well.
Having had it myself, I can tell you that one of the worst things is when people think talking about it is some sort of hallowed ground where they have to stop being themselves. Yes, I’d have been offended by ‘ha ha, he’s got cancer.’ But this? No. I’d have appreciated my supportive friends.
Every person I’ve ever met who’s won against cancer, family members included, might have lost their hair, but never their sense of humor. Laugh, love and live, because cancer is far too serious to be taken seriously.
@Adam: I bet you are just life of any party you go to, eh? Seriously, get a grip and stop being a wet blanket. I’ve known a few people who have had cancer, and a sense of humor is one very important thing that helped them (as well as the ones around them) cope. Even if they lost the battle, the sense of humor was there until the end.

It sounds like they’re talking about some kind of cancer, so… Yeah. Violate the shit out of those tumors, Doc.
Ugh, what kind of perv violates cancer??
A serial rapist following a zodiac theme, possibly… Wish they get crabs this time.
This isn’t funny at all! It was just a simple typo. And it sounds like they are talking about cancer which is inherently un-funny.
If you have the time to notice, the one who uploaded the AC in this site was the harbinger of the news.

@Catto: Well, that was a rather good comment!

Love it!!
@Catto, well said!
Though to be a grammar snob, what’s with the noun ‘biopsy’ becoming a verb?!
It has been since 1914. Check the OED.
